A small or medium size service-based website can be designed and developed using WordPress template. Product-based website can be designed and developed as an ecommerce website. The type of ecommerce business will determine whether we use Shopify or Magento. For example, a boutique, fashion jewellery or knick-knack retailer would will fall under a Shopify website. However larger stores for example selling garments, DIY supplies, , wood-panels etc. would require a Magento website.

Yes, we can. We will analyse your existing website and understand your requirements for updating it. We will explain what processes and changes will be required and submit a written proposal detailing the same. The proposal will also include the timeframe and the costing for the required changes. The work will commence after your acceptance of the proposal.

Yes.  Website maintenance is important for checking any issues and keeping your site updated and upgraded.

In the case of theme-based websites, for instance WordPress and Shopify the theme providers release the upgrades and updates periodically and hence the sites require the update to keep in line with the changes.

In the case of custom-based websites, for instance Laravel and Dot Net the same is applied and updates are carried out to keep in line with the technology and reduce the chances of any technical errors and issues.

We highly recommend regular maintenance of the website.

The website belongs to you along with all the content, photography, images and videos.  You also hold the legal responsibility for anything that is on your website.

If you don’t require maintenance and support from us, there will be no charge. This is dependent on the requirements agreed for your project. If you no longer require maintenance and support from us, there will be no charge. However, there may be cost involved if you have opted for any other services like ongoing hosting, domain renewal or service level agreements.
